HÀ NỘI — An off-road car racing tournament will be organised on December  一 五- 一 八 in Quảng Ninh Province.

All drivers with a driving certificate can register. They will compete in teams of two in one category.

The tournament is a part of National Tourism Year  二0 一 八 Hạ Long – Quảng Ninh. 

Organisers expected to lure visitors to the province and push forward development of the extreme sport. — VNS
